INTERIOR & EXTERIOR FINISHING – Birmingham, MI • 2023

Birmingham Whole-Home Renovation

the challenge

A complete interior and exterior scope involving painted trim, wall paneling, doors and windows, along with stained cedar shake, beams, stairs, railings and other architectural woodwork.

the outcome

Pro Painters completed the interior and exterior painting and staining throughout the property, bringing the painted and natural-wood architectural elements into one coordinated finish.

SPECIALTY HIGH-GLOSS FINISHING – Birmingham, MI • 2026

Birmingham High-Gloss Custom Finishing

the challenge

High gloss reveals every variation beneath the coating. The project required an interior finish intended to read more like automotive paint than a standard architectural application, without visible surface texture or orange peel.

the outcome

We added three primer applications to the standard preparation sequence. Each coat was block-sanded to flatten the surface, while contrasting guide coats revealed any remaining high and low areas before the final finish was sprayed.

ARCHITECTURAL RESTORATION – BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI • 2025

Bloomfield Hills Historic Exterior Restoration

the challenge

Extensive ivy concealed much of the exterior, making it impossible to determine the condition of the underlying surfaces until each section was exposed.

the outcome

We restored the exterior section by section, evaluating, repairing, sanding, priming and reinspecting each surface before applying the finish.

Bloomfield Hills residential Estate

the challenge

The scale of the property required extensive planning, coordinated execution and enough skilled labor to keep multiple areas moving without allowing the finish quality to vary across the project.

the outcome

We organized the work by area and finish requirement, adjusting the project team as needed while maintaining consistent preparation, inspection and application standards throughout.
